Do you relate? I do! I always felt overwhelmed by my own emotions and thoughts. I was searching tools for how to fix it. I was always living with the idea that I only have to know more and find a wise person, who will change everything. And to be honest. I haven't.
No matter how much I read, learned and to how many people I spoke, there was no quick fix.
Only when I started taking the responsibility to take care of my own emotions, take care of what I think and what I do, my inner world changed.
