6 week Handstand training
In this 6-week handstand training,
the handstands meet the psychology.
Starting January 11, every Sunday on your hands and facing your own core believes and fears! This training is taught in Dutch.

January is the time to make resolutions. What about...learning a handstand? 🤸♀️
A handstand is so much more than just a physical challenge. It makes you face your own fears, beliefs, and behaviors—what's holding you back from reaching your full potential.
This 6-week handstand course starts on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 11:15 am.
Every week we take an extra step, both physically and mentally, so that you can stand on your hands and feel more courage and confidence in everyday life.
The themes for each week are:
1. Basic handstand technique & goal
2. Take control of your goal
3. Awareness of blockages in the handstand
4. Face your fears
5. Trust instead of fear
6. Handstand & Daily Life
The course is taught by me, Kristin Kiessling. I love handstands because they've taught me so much about myself, which makes my daily life just a little more fun. And, of course, handstands give off such a playful and positive energy that I wouldn't want to miss it. In this training, I combine my passions: psychology, handstands, and yoga.
