Yoga at home is yoga in your safe space,
in nature or in a studio.
It is yoga aligned with your wishes and needs.

Maybe you want to get used to the yoga poses, you want to achieve a certain pose, or you want to know how to adjust yoga poses based on some physical limitations (e.g. chronic pain, knee/shoulder issues, low energy).
Private yoga is all about you! It is fun, relaxing and peaceful.
More and more research shows, (and probably you also have experienced it), yoga is good for our overall well-being. Your nervous system calms down, cortisol levels (stresshormone) lower and your body becomes more flexible and strong.
And yet, we all drop yoga (or any other good habit) in moments of daily stress, anxiety or major life events.
Private yoga is your chance to create the space for YOU!
How it works
Together we decide the frequency of the lessons. Its can be weekly, every two weeks, monthly or a one time lesson.

Where?
At your place in Noordwijk and surroundings. If at home is not convenient, the yoga will take place in a yoga studio in Noordwijk.

65€ for a private lesson of 60 min*
*extra costs with long travel times and rent of a yoga studio
