Yoga in the GGZ
Yoga for more mental
and emotional flexibility.

Research shows that yoga improves mental health.
It’s effect is especially strong when combined with traditional interventions such as CBT*.
Unfortunately until now yoga(therapy) is not covered by insurances. I strongly hope that everyone gets the chance to try yoga in order to experience if it can help him/her in the path of self-development.

Yoga in the GGZ is approachable in different ways, such as yoga while being on the waiting list, yogatherapy groups for people with similar symptoms (e.g. low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, depression) or yoga for the individual.
